      Pros

      There are some really smart people and nice people, especially those who have moved over from Lehman with advancement opportunities depending on what group you're in to move ahead.

      Cons

      It was too bureaucratic with little transparency into the situation and the company seemed quite cheap compared to competitors

      Work Life balance, 5 weeks vacation, unlimited sick days, friendly atmosphere, Great campus and facilities,

      Cons

      Pay and Bonus can be higher and on par with competitors. High loyalty tax. Low merit increases and bonus. Competitive but Loyal Long-term employees get demotivated and tend to quite quit.
