      Bob Diamond is a driven and competant leader that propels the business. This drives the support areas. Some IT areas also share this vision and are directly helping the business to grow.

      Cons

      Much is dependent on your individual manager. In some areas the habits of less competant middle of the road rivals is appearing.

      Work Life balance, 5 weeks vacation, unlimited sick days, friendly atmosphere, Great campus and facilities,

      Cons

      Pay and Bonus can be higher and on par with competitors. High loyalty tax. Low merit increases and bonus. Competitive but Loyal Long-term employees get demotivated and tend to quite quit.
