      The pay in competitive. The networking available through the experience in invaluable, through the occasional conference and meetings with senior leadership. Training is good.

      Cons

      The hours are abysmal. I believe some banks offer superior outlets into other realms of the bank. The work can be somewhat repetitive.

      Work Life balance, 5 weeks vacation, unlimited sick days, friendly atmosphere, Great campus and facilities,

      Cons

      Pay and Bonus can be higher and on par with competitors. High loyalty tax. Low merit increases and bonus. Competitive but Loyal Long-term employees get demotivated and tend to quite quit.
