      Very process oriented Job is often not relevant to person's skill set Too much documentation and reports to write Very little freedom in terms of what software to use in each team and each project Overtimes are usual

      Pay and Bonus can be higher and on par with competitors. High loyalty tax. Low merit increases and bonus. Competitive but Loyal Long-term employees get demotivated and tend to quite quit.
