Pros
Good place to learn but will end up being too specialised and narrow minded Good working environment and some colleagues are very professional yet down to earth Free fruits to keep employees healthy
Cons
Lower management clearly lacks of the necessary technical knowledge and competence but got there by staying with the company long enough and hanging on there. Middle management mostly arrogant and employ out of touch approach. At least three meetings a day if not more for an entry level manager. Higher ups normally work in the meetings! You just need to get used to bureaucracy here or you're not getting anyway
