      You may feel well received and have entered a good project, but unfortunately, this doesn't last long.

      Cons

      They promise that you can change projects if you are not enjoying working with that client, but that is a lie. If you ask to leave, they will fire you. The salary is below market value.

      Pros

      Office culture is good. Colleagues are friendly and helpful. Mid-level management are accessible. Physical environment is limited to what the client provides. Not always the most efficient way of supporting the client.

      Cons

      Focus entirely on client requirements and processes are designed to suit this need. Not enough thought has been put into how the teams manage their work.
