consulting company looking doing is best to give dynamic and future tech insights. Very human relationship between coworkers: focused on making people grow and not trashing them when they no longer need them.

Cons

Consulting company means no equity from final client + different behaviors from these companies. But this is linked to the market that doesn't want to hire and takes only consulting people.
