      Management atmosphere is not bad.

      Cons

      You don't know what kind of project you will end up working on. Hired foreign employees have a clause on the contract stating that they need to pay some few thousands of euros if they decided to quit before 1 year from the date of starting the work contract.

      Pros

      Office culture is good. Colleagues are friendly and helpful. Mid-level management are accessible. Physical environment is limited to what the client provides. Not always the most efficient way of supporting the client.

      Cons

      Focus entirely on client requirements and processes are designed to suit this need. Not enough thought has been put into how the teams manage their work.
