      Pros

      They relocate you, payment of flight ticket and accomodation for 1 month plus they pay for the portuguese/english or french lessons. They dont bother, you can do your work and they don´t get involved, which for me is good, for some ppl can be a bad thing.

      Cons

      You would need to do a process called recibos verdes to get your payment. Difficult to get a higher salary They dont help you with the legal assesstment , you need to learn by your own how to process your taxes in the foreign country.

      Pros

      Office culture is good. Colleagues are friendly and helpful. Mid-level management are accessible. Physical environment is limited to what the client provides. Not always the most efficient way of supporting the client.

      Cons

      Focus entirely on client requirements and processes are designed to suit this need. Not enough thought has been put into how the teams manage their work.
