      Aubay support in burocratic things (NIF emiting, pay the flight fe) and also offers a leaning platform. The company usually sponsor the location move from Brazil to Portugal.

      Cons

      Theres no bonification in terms os location, transport, alimentation and neither additional costs (internet and energy). All expenses are employee responsability, wich made a salary being less than actually is.

      Pros

      Office culture is good. Colleagues are friendly and helpful. Mid-level management are accessible. Physical environment is limited to what the client provides. Not always the most efficient way of supporting the client.

      Cons

      Focus entirely on client requirements and processes are designed to suit this need. Not enough thought has been put into how the teams manage their work.
