      Cons

      the responsibilities increase in each client, but there is no recognition in Aubay company. I've been working there for 4 years and i've never been increased

      Pros

      Office culture is good. Colleagues are friendly and helpful. Mid-level management are accessible. Physical environment is limited to what the client provides. Not always the most efficient way of supporting the client.

      Cons

      Focus entirely on client requirements and processes are designed to suit this need. Not enough thought has been put into how the teams manage their work.
