      If you don't know how to bargain, you'll receive the same value forever. Company don't give you enough information that may be crucial to you later on (about taxes, social security, etc).

      Pros

      Office culture is good. Colleagues are friendly and helpful. Mid-level management are accessible. Physical environment is limited to what the client provides. Not always the most efficient way of supporting the client.

      Cons

      Focus entirely on client requirements and processes are designed to suit this need. Not enough thought has been put into how the teams manage their work.
