      Door open culture: Your feedback is valued (at least its stated at that in day 1) Support from legal/HR for foreigners employees come to Portugal If you're looking come to Portugal, could be a good place to start English/French lessons for all employees

      Tech related tools are terrible Above average salaries

      Pros

      Office culture is good. Colleagues are friendly and helpful. Mid-level management are accessible. Physical environment is limited to what the client provides. Not always the most efficient way of supporting the client.

      Cons

      Focus entirely on client requirements and processes are designed to suit this need. Not enough thought has been put into how the teams manage their work.
