      Pros

      If I had to be part of a consultant company, instead of a final client, I'd be glad it was Aubay. They let you enjoy any holiday in the client.

      Cons

      You don't really feel like you belong to these companies, as you spend your time in a client. Work conditions depend on your client.

      Pros

      Office culture is good. Colleagues are friendly and helpful. Mid-level management are accessible. Physical environment is limited to what the client provides. Not always the most efficient way of supporting the client.

      Cons

      Focus entirely on client requirements and processes are designed to suit this need. Not enough thought has been put into how the teams manage their work.
