Pros
t's a small consultancy company without much bureaucracy and it's also relatively easy to plan vacations times. As long as you are assigned to a nice client for a long term project you are OK.
Cons
Being a consultancy company it usually asings you to a client and forgets about you, they don't really know much about each of us does for each customer and hence performance reviews are very spaced in times and generally worthless. The day to day depens exclusively on the client you are working for and when the project finishes is difficult to get assigned to a new project and sometimes impossible.
