      Pros

      I love people over there. The managers seems to really care about the individuals. I left the company more than 5 years ago, and they still remember me on the personal level.

      Cons

      Low salaries. I would love to go back some day, but with the practiced salaries , I can't even pay the bills. I know that consulting business can't pay the same salary as a software house, but the current gap is too big. For me, it doesn't matter of everything else is great, the salary is a huge barrier that prevents great people from staying

      Pros

      Office culture is good. Colleagues are friendly and helpful. Mid-level management are accessible. Physical environment is limited to what the client provides. Not always the most efficient way of supporting the client.

      Cons

      Focus entirely on client requirements and processes are designed to suit this need. Not enough thought has been put into how the teams manage their work.
