Hi, Thanks so much for taking the time to leave a review, it is really appreciated and helps us hear the voice of our people. We work very hard on making arm a great place to work and try and give back as much as possible with lunch and learns, pizza, gyms, and some great benefits including Flexpot, so it's great that you have had a chance to use this. We are very involved with our charitable giving and team arm do a great job so great to see this is being noticed. I am sad to hear about your experience with HR, we have introduced service now which should hopefully improve this, we fully take your comments on board and will feed this back to the people team.
