Received lots of freedom at ARM. Amazing place to begin career with. Everyone at ARM is friendly and will go out of their way to help an employee. My life at ARM Bangalore was amazing -- I was assigned to deliver some of the most critical components in the verification team. Being a part of the small team meant that I had responsibility equivalent to a senior manager who also contributed immensely to the overall design of the verification suite. My voice of work being repetitive in nature was heard and senior management did align tasks with even more challenging opportunity to deliver one of the products being designed for the first time within the team. Yeah, it was challenging work and it was great to see my senior management providing the right set of opportunities and believing in my capabilities to deliver the best outcome for the team. I was able to successfully deliver the final product as well as ensure that my work was passed on smoothly. Teams at ARM Cambridge, ARM Austin, ARM Sheffield were very happy with my delivery and the effort was appreciated globally as well. I spent some of my best days of work life till date and challenging times at ARM Bangalore.

Compensation is decent - by no means bad - but could be improved. Food at Cafeteria is bad at ARM Bangalore. Find alternate ways to get nutrition at ARM Bangalore.
