I observed recurring issues with workplace conduct and culture. I personally experienced harassment twice, both cases were reported to HR multiple times, yet the employees involved — including a former manager — kept their positions without any noticeable repercussions. That same manager also harassed multiple employees, and someone I referred from another big tech company faced similar challenges before being placed on a performance plan and eventually let go. These patterns suggest more consistent accountability and stronger support systems are needed.
