      no advantages, just a lot of promises but nothing good for employees or for environment

      Much easier to negotiate your level and comp when joining. Getting promotions once you are in is very political and dependant on your manager

      Pros

      Very interesting projects, passionate colleagues, good pay. I liked the leadership principles: they provide a common framework of understanding, making internal communication and decision-making more efficient.

      Cons

      - Poor work/life balance, stressful - The amount of collaboration/help between colleagues is not substancial, despite the fact that colleagues are great people. Employees have little time to spare for collaboration. - You have to be manager-obsessed rather than costumer-obsessed : goals coming from your manager have to be completed in a timely fashion, even if the quality of what you deliver to customers has to suffer. (LPs "disagree and commit" and "deliver results")
