      I enjoy working with amazing technology and brilliant colleagues.

      Cons

      Burnout, attrition, job insecurity. The company used to hide how heartless it was. I've read so many relatable BI articles that end with a spokesperson saying that the report "does not represent the experience of the vast majority of our employees." That might be because the vast majority of employees leave within two years.

      - Politics often gets in the way of good work - Clueless, rudderless leadership just cause problems (can be org dependent) - People are encouraged to only do things that check arbitrary criteria for promotion, trying to do what's best or what's right is discouraged - Not many extra benefits compared to other big tech - Work/life balance can be rough (team dependent)
