      Pros

      Unbelievable benefits package, the best RT team in history, family like atmosphere, extensive training, wonderful support system, exceptional room for growth, optimal room for growth both, and fantastic incentives.

      Cons

      You go through some shoes, but they provide vouchers for great shoes and you get two custom inserts through your insurance. This job is not designed for single parents with a small support system. This was the best job I have ever had and the culture and community are outstanding. I was so sad when I had to leave due to a change in circumstances. This company is amazing, and I love and believe in what they are trying to accomplish.

      Really smart people, a lot of opportunity for growth, always encouraged to be innovative, think big, and create something new. Competitive salary and benefits with other major tech companies. 100% self motivating work environment. No dress code and 4 legged friends are welcome.

      Cons

      You have to be self motivated. NO ONE will hold your hand and tell you that you're doing a great job. If you need constant affirmations from management, this company isn't for you.
