Pros
Very organized work place, clean place to work. They have a process for everything. But they need to have tight control with 1000's of employees working.
Cons
Did not get any proper training for 3 months on position I was hired for. Instead, I was just a FIG "Fill in the Gap" to help boost the service / production numbers at facility I was assignd to.
