- you are surrounded by smart people constantly - you are pushed to give the best of yourself - you learn a lot - you are 'where the business grows' - multiple professional opportunities, with new teams and projects created in permanence
Cons
- often too demanding: split personal and professional life sometimes complicated to maintain - 'never enough' mentality which is exhausting after some years in the company - not enough emphasize on management and on training people to become managers - very hard and demanding process to evolve - if you don't get one more 'Level' your remuneration does not increase well
