Pros
- My team was cordial to work with and my Manager was supportive - Company perks and snacks were nice - Had a few options to up-skill some basic skills - Was able to get a better offer afterwards in a different industry
Cons
- Lack of cultural awareness for other regions - SVP was challenging to work with and new ideas were not welcomed during meetings - HR and LD team were acting more as a PR team for the company, instead of attacking the issues in the culture of the company or trying to "energize" others. -Deceptive hiring processes where the contract is not clearly stated in the original document sent to hiring recruiters. When showing this to the SVP and hiring manager, I was called "not a team player" and "no other company would be able to offer me something similar".
