Pros

High Turnover I guess? You meet new people often because employees are running out of there every month. The turnover rate is alarming, and upper management refuses to address these issues especially VP's who btw are 25 year olds with massive egos and lack of self awareness.

Cons

Working here was one of the most exhausting and disheartening experiences of my career. Unrealistic expectations cause burnout, and there is little respect for personal time. There’s this toxic "always-on" culture where it feels like taking a break is seen as a sign of weakness or lack of commitment. I have been told multiple times that showing my stress is 'weak and embaressing'. I was told i need to update my team when I am sleeping, having dinner, have plans after work - so that they know if im available to support AT 11PM. Communication from management is misleading, vague, and honestly non-existent - not surprised since some of them can even be younger than you, and never have managed a team. ALSO - The work can feel morally questionable, they force you into a CLIENT FIRST mentality and to ignore others/experts who are supporting the project. When they ask you if youre money hungry in interviews they basically mean 'do everything to make us money, and if you dont we will belittle you and make everyone aware of your lack of consistency'.

Pros

Rapid Progression & Recognition: Performance is directly rewarded here. If you hit your goals and show drive, the path to promotion and career growth is transparent and fast. Strong Team Culture: The team energy is fantastic. Everyone is highly collaborative, supportive, and commercially minded, which makes for a great working environment. High Autonomy: From day one, you are given real ownership over your projects (like leading recruitment events, managing candidates, and driving partnerships), allowing you to grow your commercial skills rapidly.

Cons

High Velocity & Pressure: The work is very fast-paced with strict timelines and high-volume expectations. It is not a place where you can coast, and you need to be comfortable working under commercial pressure. Resilience is Key: Sourcing and recruiting require a great deal of resilience. You have to be comfortable with rejection and persistent in finding creative solutions to hit your targets.
