Pros

This role helps hone plenty of skills that are useful in the long term across any professional career or path. Fantastic culture and surrounded by great like-minded people. The responsibility and autonomy provided is great for determined personalities who are individually motivated. The bonus structure helps with motivation and employees are strongly compensated for their work and effort put in.

Cons

Can be stressful at times working in client service, as that is the utmost importance of delivery and can sometimes have quick timelines and turnarounds. Depending on the team and segment, you may have to work longer hours in which overtime is not compensated, one could argue this comes from the extra compensation from monthly bonuses of working harder. Standard hours are 8-6 with remote Fridays. Diversity definitely needs some strong improvement and initiatives to make this a forefront focus. Huge growth initiatives in the industry and company

Pros

Rapid Progression & Recognition: Performance is directly rewarded here. If you hit your goals and show drive, the path to promotion and career growth is transparent and fast. Strong Team Culture: The team energy is fantastic. Everyone is highly collaborative, supportive, and commercially minded, which makes for a great working environment. High Autonomy: From day one, you are given real ownership over your projects (like leading recruitment events, managing candidates, and driving partnerships), allowing you to grow your commercial skills rapidly.

Cons

High Velocity & Pressure: The work is very fast-paced with strict timelines and high-volume expectations. It is not a place where you can coast, and you need to be comfortable working under commercial pressure. Resilience is Key: Sourcing and recruiting require a great deal of resilience. You have to be comfortable with rejection and persistent in finding creative solutions to hit your targets.
