Pros

everyone is very young and dynamic hybrid work model

Cons

they are not structured and all over the place, it started already with the application process and I should have known by then, that it will be continued that way, but I had hope. They massed up appointments in the recruitment process, no real explanations, I had the feeling, no one really knows the exact process etc. The onboarding was slow and very robotic, they kind of throw you in and hope you will figure it out by yourself. It is very fast paced and the payment is average. People are coming and leaving all the time, which makes it difficult to create a real team feeling and the fact that the fluctuation rate is so high says everything as well. I wasn´t happy and I hope you will not make the same mistake.

Pros

Rapid Progression & Recognition: Performance is directly rewarded here. If you hit your goals and show drive, the path to promotion and career growth is transparent and fast. Strong Team Culture: The team energy is fantastic. Everyone is highly collaborative, supportive, and commercially minded, which makes for a great working environment. High Autonomy: From day one, you are given real ownership over your projects (like leading recruitment events, managing candidates, and driving partnerships), allowing you to grow your commercial skills rapidly.

Cons

High Velocity & Pressure: The work is very fast-paced with strict timelines and high-volume expectations. It is not a place where you can coast, and you need to be comfortable working under commercial pressure. Resilience is Key: Sourcing and recruiting require a great deal of resilience. You have to be comfortable with rejection and persistent in finding creative solutions to hit your targets.

Pros

The team culture here is what keeps me around. People genuinely want to help each other do well, and it feels collaborative in a way that's hard to find elsewhere. What I've appreciated most is how much autonomy you get over your own career. I've been able to take on responsibility early, learn a ton, and grow quickly without anyone holding me back.

Cons

It's fast-paced and the bar is high. You've got to be comfortable figuring things out as you go. But honestly, if you like being challenged and want to develop fast, it's a great place to do that.
