Pros

- Learn how to work smart and quickly - High volume of emails and calls, makes for a strong opportunity to learn how to communicate effectively - Young workforce can make the job fun, felt like college sometimes

Cons

- Young workforce is a con, most managers and VPs have not worked elsewhere so lack perspective and knowledge on how to make the job more bearable. Politics are also highly immature as it is a bunch of 20-somethings trying to maintain petty power dynamics - Claim to have a strong "feedback culture." This means that you will be criticized endlessly until you fit the mold of your manager(s) and VP. When given feedback to the company it is typically received in a negative manner, with the understanding that they simply want you to keep your head down and obey their orders - Not much learning to be done other than how to master time management - Clients are very fickle. Cancel calls and ghost requests all the time. Management seems to be doing very little to address these issues. The response most times is to "trust the process" and to put in more work to hit quota - Would avoid joining if coming from a top school (Ivies, Duke, Georgetown, etx). The company does support talented people and it is clear that if they notice the job is too easy for you early on they will try to get you to resign as you seem "threatening" to their career - Micromanager type of culture, expectations are to be always on from 8AM-6PM, with many employees having to work late into the night, with little chance of it paying off since clients can choose to work with a different ENS - Benefits & pay are simply not worth the amount of time put into the job. It is worth noting that VPs & Managers profit off the numbers associate's hit, so may want to reconsider why you are burning yourself out for someone's self-enrichment
