Pros

Great peers to share the struggle with.

Cons

Working here was one of the most draining professional experiences I have had. The culture is built on constant surveillance and pressure to hit aggressive monthly performance hurdles. Your success and even job security depend entirely on “hitting the hurdle” a quota you must reach every month just to stay safe. The targets feel arbitrary and tied to factors you can not fully control, yet falling short can quickly put you on a track toward termination. Every day is monitored down to the smallest details; how fast you respond to messages, when you post your priorities, and whether you have looked busy enough. Managers talk about feedback and support, but most of it feels like policing and fear-driven compliance rather than genuine development or coaching. You are expected to appear productive at all times, and there’s very little trust or autonomy. Work–life balance essentially does not exist. The environment rewards constant availability and punishes slowing down. Even being sick or needing time off does not stop the pressure; you just fall behind and risk losing your job. The culture runs on fear of missing your numbers, not on helping you grow. Turnover is extremely high because this is simply not sustainable. Many people burn out or plan their exit once they realize what the day-to-day reality is; an endless cycle of proving you are meeting quotas rather than doing meaningful work or learning in a healthy way. If you are thinking of applying, understand what you are walking into: a culture obsessed with tracking and hitting hurdles every single month, no matter the cost. It is not a place to build a stable, long-term career or feel supported; it’s a short-term grind that comes at a high personal price.
