Empowerment, career development, make a real impact In my 3 years with this company I've had 2 promotions and continuously have new opportunities to broaden my scope and try new things. Our leadership team believes in giving their existing staff opportunities to grow into new roles instead of always hiring new people with more experience. For me this has sometimes resulted in feeling like I'm "in over my head" but I always have support and encouragement, and succeed in the end. Plus we are contributing to a more sustainable world by giving people a platform to buy and sell second-hand goods - so I feel great about making a real impact in the world!
