Pros

great co-workers - everyone tries their best with what knowedlge they have.

Cons

EVERYTHING! Management sucks, they only care about themselves. There are no leaders here. The Benefits suck and the tools they "empower" you with lost its value in 1980. Senior Leadership dont care about you and not willing to invest in the tools for a modern workplace. All they say is that "we hear you."
