Pros

Stand up desks and community service.

Cons

What isn't wrong with this micro-managed call center that they pretend is not a call center. They sell you on work life balance and flexible schedules, which is not the case. They are aware of the problems and ask for honest feedback but refuse to make any changes. Morale is terrible and the management could care less.
