Pros

Decent work/life balance unless your on the technical side where there are many product outages that will impact this.

Cons

The business is in real financial trouble with no clear strategy. Layoffs occur 3-4 times per year consistently in all departments. Clients are not very happy (thus many are leaving) and being client facing is a brutal role. The environment is becoming more and more toxic and now we are seeing some of our best senior leaders leave which makes me wonder what the future holds.
