Pros
I am quite surprised at how hands-on the executive management is in administration and operations, and you can easily walk up to them or the HR team and discuss your work issues and difficulties. It is a largely unconventional structure, but works to my advantage as staff who want honesty and transparency.
Cons
Some would possibly call it micromanagement, but it can work to the advantage of many employees who want a close working experience with the higher-ups.
