Upon interview and all, recruiters are very open for any thoughts and hindrances that I had since I used to work In Manila. Bubbly usually provided guides to me when getting to the office.

They are very flexible in terms of the satisfaction of the employees. It is not like other BPO companies where teams are in a huge number for one client. This makes employees work closely and directly with the client and to be recognized because of job well done

Cons

What lacks in TIP site is an HR whom you can directly ask about HR enquiries.
