      Pros

      Company is fast in expansion therefore offers a vast range of career opportunities. People in highest position are respectful to all employees. Position is only title--their work culture displays value to all contributors. Facilities are modern, offices are accessible and work schedule is ideal. Work-life balance is encouraged.

      Cons

      Compensation and benefits are average. The company is still in the middle stage of expansion so the system is not yet excellent.

      Pros

      Unlike other BPO's, here in EMAPTA you have a direct communication with your client. Everything that you do/miss matters.

      Cons

      You still don't have a choice if you could opt to get paid/not paid when you observe your clients holidays.

      A Workplace That Cares For Its Employees

      Pros

      This is the most versatile workplace I have ever worked in. For as long as your client or account allows it, special working arrangements (work schedule, location, etc.) can be accommodated specifically for each employee. The company is able to achieve work/life balance - thanks to relationship manager Stef Gatdula and HR manager Aster Dayao and able to provide complete and on-time support via site administrator E.R. Regino and IT specialist Jonathan Cipre. The benefits you get once you become a regular employee are as good as other competitive companies provide.

      Cons

      I can't think of any outstanding disadvantage - everything is great so far
