The EMAPTA Team in Baguio are very helpful. They create interesting engagement activities and our RM, Kris, makes sure that we connect fully with our clients positively. EMAPTA gives me an opportunity to grow and my RM helps me a lot with that. She provides catch-up and coaching and reminds me regularly that I should follow the core values that our company has. Baguio Site is growing rapidly (from our old office to this, wow!)

Cons

Needs utility at night - sometimes when i come in early in the morning, pantry is not kept well (coffee not refilled, water dispenser empty).

I have just started working here few days ago. I like how the HR and Relationship manager helped me building a rapport to my client. And the admin staffs gave a very warm welcome. I also had a delicious free lunch on my first day and the HR gave freebies. These are some points why I love Emapta: - Work/life balance scheme -Peaceful office -Nice workplace, wide restrooms, clean pantry -Transportation, food stall, and groceries accessibility -"Mind your own work" environment -ABOVE average compensation package (much higher salary from my previous job)

-Jobs are all technology-related -Office confinement -NO field work -Virtual bosses
