      Management sucks and Power trippings that includes bullying

      Not a good company

      Pros

      Have a good client which from au but the ph management suck.

      Cons

      Management sucks. The workplace is toxic, and on constant power trips. Favoritism is obvious, and hard work means nothing because there are no incentives. They reward people who know how to talk, not those who actually do the work. Good employees get ignored or pushed out. In the end, they lose the gold while keeping the peacocks, living in their fake utopia.

      It’s a scam, don’t join

      Okay salary, higher if knows how to negotiate. Permanent WFH

      Cons

      They will replace you every 5-6 months, do not even join. You will not do your job scope.
