I don't think they have control over their clients but that's the only con I experienced. The client can get too micromanaging

Currently working with their US client. Good starting salary, and the client and management were nice. I believe I can stay for more years as I don't have any work concerns for a year and a half. No micro management or office politics for their client, and they're focusing on their employee's well-being,

Cons

No annual salary or bonus.
