      Pros

      Decent staff discount. Good for putting in holidays. Great instore team Great training provided.

      Cons

      Many many cons. Made to feel very replaceable your only a cog in the machine. Very poor pay rate a key holder made to do the work of an assistant manager with absolutely no extra pay and poor hours in the smaller stores 74 hours to be split​ between 6 staff members is ridiculous. Staff are expendable and are treated as such. Your left on your own for a min of 20min everyday. Staff turnover is huge. Replenishment on stock is very very poor and management eating you for poor sales. The company hold competitions for staff but if your not working in a Dublin store your absolutely not winning it's a total fix.

      The banter with fellow workers. Good staff discout.

      Cons

      Pushe'd to hit targets by lazy managers who would find it hard to smile at a customer.poor relationships between head office and the shop floor poor managers getting away with being lazy and rude to customers on a daily basis. Poor incentives to hit targets. No rewards to loyal staff.

      Pros

      The people are so nice. You will get respect from everyone you deal with in the company. Even the district manager will greet you and get to know you. I worked for a company before where the district manager would hardly even acknowledge your presence, so this type of interaction was impressive. The company regularly hires mystery shoppers to inspect the performance of the shop, if you get 100% (which isn't too difficult) then you get a €50 euro voucher. Shops receive 'participation funds' for staff parties based on store performance. I only have fond memories of working with this company. I would recommend the company to anyone! Good relationships between colleagues from other stores.

      Cons

      The only reason why I wouldn't give the company a 5 star mark is that there are very few hours for people who work part-time in their stores in smaller towns.
