Discounts, pretty much the only perk is a 20 per cent discount only earned after 6 months
Cons
Essentially everything, in particular being forced in to touching peoples feet and moulding insoles, and conning the general public in to thinking it's a good idea, there is no commission on this even though elverys boast that they earn a 50% net profit on every insole sold, 25 euro net profit and the employee does not see a single cent above min wage, and the threat of dismissal if you don't hit daily tagets
