The company has a systematic and organized system of executing respective projects undertaken by them. Has appraisal every year judging one's individual role and accordingly, the promotions are made. Overall, its a good company.

Cons

The company does not much bother with the employers income tax and other related matters of advices seeking savings. irrespective of one's qualification the company gives the same designation, even its diploma holder or the Master degreee. Its hurting !!!
