      Good and transparent work place, Not much process orientated, Moderately good pay not bad though, Lot of new technologies can be learned

      Very slow in implementing new changes, Management can be bit active although not bad but have scope for some improvement

      Lower and middle management does their best, but their efforts are generally limited completely by the corporate culture of profit over everything.

      Cons

      BLN used to be a small, family owned firm but now after several mergers and acquisitions, it's essentially a French-owned Blackrock type firm.
