      Egis is a good brand brand but poorly and harshly managed in India

      Pros

      Egis is a good international brand , the branding is pro for career endorsement.

      Cons

      Management, processes and day to day activities are solely driven on the mood of the management, poor and inhuman behavior by the management . Only a select few have privileges in the company , rest every one is treated like day to day wage workers. Rules and regulations are extremely harsh and poor.

      The beginning was great, It changed.

      During my time in in this consultancy, I experienced burnout caused by constant pressure to deliver high-impact work in environments resistant to change. Despite investing long hours into transformation projects, progress was often hampered by poor communication, limited buy-in, and misaligned priorities. The pace was relentless, and the lack of sustainable support structures eventually drained my motivation. I reached a point where the work felt transactional and disconnected from meaningful impact, I ended up medicated, exhausted and disappointed
