      Pros

      Good benefits & relocation package, interesting projects, professional employees and flexible corporate culture. Mostly flexible hours (depends on the team). Ability to choose from the bunch of projects, bot external and in-house. Neat processes, good career opportunities - especially for junior staff.

      Cons

      Salary is market average, even if you include benefits in it. Other than that, usual corporate routine with meetings might be slightly disappointing. Long support cycle of projects - so mundane tasks and legacy code digging might be unavoidable.

      Can be chaotic at times - but that adds to the fun. Can be stressful due to client demands. Easy to get overlooked with all the growth going on.
