      Pros

      Good benefits & relocation package, interesting projects, professional employees and flexible corporate culture. Mostly flexible hours (depends on the team). Ability to choose from the bunch of projects, bot external and in-house. Neat processes, good career opportunities - especially for junior staff.

      Cons

      Salary is market average, even if you include benefits in it. Other than that, usual corporate routine with meetings might be slightly disappointing. Long support cycle of projects - so mundane tasks and legacy code digging might be unavoidable.

      Pros

      Interesting projects, high tech standards and internal knowledge sharing, and a rich representation of all possible Slavic accents.

      Cons

      Engineering-first culture results in obnoxiously fragmented internal tech platforms because errybody wants to build it themselves. Not a big deal, just engineers doing what engineers will do.

      - A lot of opportunities to learn and enhance your skills; - Clients are top companies, so you're exposed to the best experiences; - Great benefits and insurance.

      Cons

      - Pretty much all cons of working in corporate IT; - Company is definitely in a crisis as many executives decided to leave after decades of working; - Stock price dwindled significantly.
