Pros

None. Run as far away as possible from this place. One of the worst companies I have ever worked for.

Cons

I know for a fact that this company is a horrible place to work. Most of the people are just waiting to get out. I have no idea how half of the upper level management even got their jobs.

Pros

A huge company with thousands of skilled and knowledgeable people across the globe. Supports staff moving between departments to gain wide experience. Generally good working conditions and benefits.

Cons

Constant re-organisation justified by strategy but often driven by French politics. Lack of focus on profits. Failure to realize that top heavy Corporate overheads can no longer be supported. Huge staff cuts needed but will not be delivered. Careers made through "patronage" not through merit.
