      -The benefits -Solidarity with co-workers about how bad it is

      Cons

      -Some team leads are outside hires with zero training of the teams they're supposed to be managing and their relevant tasks -Unhelpful work/life balance -Refusal to promote due to being understaffed -Minimum wage and downright disrespectful raise guidelines

      Cons

      Manager has never managed people. Got the job bc friends w hiring manager. Lies to everyone that she went to college, never stepped foot on a campus. Place is falling apart, clients leaving, employees leaving- hopefully I’m out the door soon.

      Pros

      Good work life balance. My team was amazing. You get 8 hours a year to volunteer which I found was really cool for a company to offer.

      Cons

      Always busy, there are no down times, no slow seasons. You always work more during the holidays because you always have to keep up with demand.
