Pros

The Company is pretty good with Work / Life balance. They also hold great events and go beyond most companies when it comes to caring. For example, I received a really nice card and box of See's candy for Thanksgiving! They are also really good at hiring from within - it's not uncommon that an employee can be hired in a completely different department.
